Spot No.1

OK people, hoods down, headphones on.
Your starter for 10 this week is a white label remix of Oasis' Wonderwall. This mix takes the whiney student anthem and injects a slice of fat bass and some classic Shaft style guitar work, to give this track a thick and funky work out. There's even a sub-spot in here with a sample from Happy Monday's W.F.L (Think About The Future Perfecto 12") . I recorded this by chance from KISS FM in about '96, but I've never been able to track down the genius behind it.

'Safe From Harm' - Massive Attack . Midway through the song tricky pops up with the line,"I was looking back to see if you were looking back at me to see me looking back at you& Now the question is, in what song did that line originally occur? It's an old R&B number but I that's about all we know.

'Meiso' (DJ Shadow Klub Mix) - DJ Krush. At the end of another barnstorming remix by DJ Shadow, this tasty morsel of laid back soul gets tacked on the end. Building up as quickly as it disappears, what is the name of this cheeky teaser thrown in by Mr Shadow? Answers on a postcard.
