I have a lot of material of Los Bravos, and Mike and The Runaways and a little of Mike Kennedy as solo artist. But there's still one infoundable recod: The double live of Mike Kennedy in La Zarzuela Theatre in Madrid (1969 aprox) where he sings songs of his solo carreer, Los Bravos, Raphael and classic rock numbers ¿Does anyone know how to get this jewell? | As most of you know by now, Los Bravos are playing live again all over Spain. I attended the two concerts they gave in Madrid and they were great ! Besides, I had the chance to talk to all of them and hear about their future projects. It seems they are back to stay this time.
Concerning the new album "Midnight Storm", it is quite dissapointing, as it is the non-released Mike's album "My Life" which the producer wants to release now as a Los Bravos project, while in fact only Mike was involved in the project. According to Pablo (the drummer), they are planning to record a real album before the end of the year as their intention is to make this "comeback" in two stages, first live and secondly in record. We'll see...
Does everybody have the book by now? I fully recommended it. Besides, Guzman the writer, is an extremely nice person who deserves all our support.
PS : I see there is somebody called CHUSI in the message board which is not me, coincidence? |

| Justamente hoy he enviado un e-mail a Guzmán Alonso para pedirle que me envíe el libro sobre Los Bravos, ya que en las librerías me miran con extrañeza cuando lo pido. Lo mismo me ocurre con el disco "Midnight storm" (qué pena lo que cuenta Chus sobre que sea un disco de Mike reconvertido en uno de Los Bravos; de todos modos me interesa igualmente), que en las tiendas de discos me dicen que no se ha editado. Si alguien me puede decir cómo puedo conseguir el disco le estaré muy agradecido. |

| Me gustaría conseguir el Lp de Mike Kennedy Concierto en la Zarzuela Vol.1 y Vol.2, asi como el Lp Pinceladas del 76.
Respecto al nuevo disco, me puse en contacto con la casa discográfica y me dijeron que será un lanzamiento por varios paises, y que cuando se edite colgarán la noticia de su páfina web.
Tanto de Los Bravos como de Mike el resto lo tengo todo creo.
Por cierto el libro es extraordinario, yo ya felicité personalmente al autor.

| Bill(@)BillVanLoan.com thanks everyone for all the replys. Please let me know how we can get Mike Kennedy y Los Bravos to release a "live" cd, cd-rom or dvd etc by the group or Mike solo. The book is a winner but needs to be translated in English - this will make the writer rich and cost very little. As a team, I know we can make anything happen. There is always a way. Thank you SpinningWax.com for helping the Los Bravos Network reconnect and GOD Bless Everyone else. The future looks very bright and I think many good things will come out of this exciting reunion. Enjoy and never waste a minute. The best is yet to come and I wish all of you the very best. | Hey Everybody - I really love you all and am so excited to see the new posts. Maybe all of our dreams will come true with Mike Kennedy y Los Bravos as we work together to help each other get what we all want. This reunion is a once in a life time experience for all of us. I live in California, USA and I have not had a chance to meet with Mike and make magic happen yet. My passion runs high for new and exciting music. Please remember that I can only read English at this time and don't know what the Spanish post say. I prefer English if that is an option. I still feel now is the right time for a live cd or double cd. I have not heard of any unreleased tracks from Mike solo or the band. So much material is not released or if it is - it is not on a cd yet. The entire library deserves to be on cd and in stereo or both - mono (the hit version) and stereo (the album version). PLease pass the word that all material including movies, anything unreleased that hides and gets older in the vault needs to be released asap. We have waited too long don't you think. A new album from Mike and the Band ( since "burn that bridge" - 91 but not My Life would be super). It could benefit a charity. More cool ideas later. Love you, Bill |

I Think If all the Los Bravos'fans work together in order to make publicity of them , they will come back to be in the first places of the music list like in the sixties. And posible, they will go to California and Gerona (to Mannix) and many places, this is my wish. It was wounderfull to be besides them in the party after the concert in Madrid. | Dear Maria Jesu's -Chusi and others. Your English is fine so please do not apologize. I support all of you 100%. I made a mistake in my last post. To the best of my knowledge - Mike Kennedys last hit was "Burn That Bridge" released on an album titled Los Bravos - this was actually a solo cd released in 2001. I mistakenly typed in 1991. I am working hard to see the entire song library on cd and lots of new material released as well. I would love to see them reach Number One worldwide like they were when "Black Is Black" was on the charts. I am hoping Mike or Mike y Los Bravos will connect with Britney Spears or someone really hot who could show the whole world how super this band is and what an amazing entertainer Mike Kennedy is. If Mike would do one concert with J Lo or Mariah Carey, Madonna(where it is safe from terrorism, of course) etc. All of our dreams would be satisfied. More later and long live Los Bravos. | bravistas tuve la suerte de verles en directo varias veces,las dos primeras con Jesus, Tony, Pablo, Miguel y Mike y las demas ya con Andy como solista. Os dire que a mi juicio cuando mas solidamente sonaban era cuando estuvo Andy. .en tudela el 26 julio 1971 hicieron una version larguisima de un tema de creedence c.revival "born on the bayou" y Get Ready(version rare earth), pero siempre me quede con el regustillo de no oirles "every dog has his day" en vivo.De Mike en solitario tambien le he visto varias veces,la ùltima en el Pilar 2000 en zgza.por cierto tengo grbado el concierto.Discos en solitario 3 Lps (pinceladas entre ellos)y varios singles asi como varias casetes.Recibid un abrazo todos los Bravistas.miguel Angel |
